We connect read-only, and we never touch funds
Every gateway connector uses read-only credentials. We cannot move money, issue refunds or change a subscription. The single exception is failed payment recovery, which needs retry permission and is switched on by you, per gateway, or not at all.

Every metric has a published definition
Each figure states how it is calculated, and opens onto the individual charges behind it. If our number disagrees with your gateway's, you can find out why yourself rather than take our word for it.

Your data can leave at any time
Scheduled CSV exports and the full REST API are on every plan, not held back for higher tiers. There is no export fee, no notice period and no retention clause. Leaving should be as easy as arriving.
